The world is loud

The soul is quiet

There is a difference between hearing the noise of the day and listening to the truth of the moment.

Listening is an act of surrender. It is tuning into the sounds of nature, the rhythm of your breath, and the feelings that rise before you even open your eyes.

To change, we must first learn to hear what is calling us.

FREQUENCY MUSIC

Frequency-based music is created with special attention to pitch and resonance—the subtle vibrations (measured in Hertz / Hz) that shape how a tone is experienced in the body and mind. Rather than relying on fast melodic movement, it often features sustained notes, harmonic overtones, drones, and slow-evolving soundscapes designed to be felt as much as heard. Many listeners describe it as a form of sonic meditation: a refined sound environment that supports stillness, eases the breath, and encourages the nervous system to settle.

In this space, sound becomes more than entertainment—it becomes regulation. The steady, harmonically rich textures can help soften mental noise, release tension held in the body, and guide you into a calmer internal rhythm—an ideal foundation for meditation, restoration, and emotional balance.

You may also hear the term 528 Hz in frequency-based music. While research is still emerging, some published studies have reported improvements in measures such as perceived stress, mood, blood pressure/pulse, and heart rate variability (HRV) after listening to 528 Hz–labeled music. Individual responses vary, but many people experience it as deeply soothing—supporting relaxation, grounding, and a renewed sense of clarity.

Man (Mind) +
Trang (Wave)

A mantra is a tool to direct the waves of the mind. It is not just a poem; it is a formula. By repeating specific sounds, we interrupt old patterns and "retune" our mental frequency. We don't chant to escape reality. We chant to shape it.

What We Vibrate,

We Become

The universe is built on sound. If you want to shift your reality, you must first shift your frequency. Mantra acts as a tuning fork, aligning your personal vibration with the state you wish to embody—peace, power, or clarity.

The Science of the Tongue

It’s biology, not just tradition. When we chant, the tongue strikes 84 meridian points on the roof of the mouth. This physical code signals the hypothalamus to alter brain chemistry, shifting us from "stress" to "flow."

THE ORIGIN

I chant theses mantras while I am painting, while I create my artwork, I infuse these sacred sounds with intention, direction and purpose. They are here to raise our vibration, connect our hearts and soul with our own infinity

— Glaucia Regina

Why does sound heal?

Because everything alive is vibrating. Your cells, your breath, the space between your thoughts — all of it pulses at a frequency. Sound doesn't enter through the ears alone. It moves through bone and water, through the body's oldest memory. When the right frequency finds you, something inside recognizes it — and shifts.

Music is not entertainment. It is medicine in wave form.
