Stillness is not static. When we close our eyes, we are not shutting down; we are tuning in.

Meditation is the movement of energy. It is the act of clearing the stagnant pathways so that a new spark, a fresh light, can travel through the spine. Before we can move our bodies, we must first move the energy that fuels them. For me, that practice is Kundalini yoga.

THE SPARK

A winding forest road with tall trees on both sides, sunlight streaming through the canopy, creating a beam of light on the road.

.the road

When I left Brazil, I realized that for me, home would never be a single coordinate. The vitality I cultivate on the mat cannot stay confined within four walls. It propels me outward—to seek, to wander, to explore. My practice extends to the road, the mountains, and the unknown. I travel not to escape, but to find the places where my internal rhythm matches the heartbeat of the earth.

– Movement is my home.

...the eyes open

The movement stops being a search and becomes a revelation. You are finally ready to See.
